These terms cover using this website and sending a booking request to That's So Cee, a hair salon in El Monte, California, owned and operated by Cierra Jacquet. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Booking requests
The form on this site sends a booking request — it does not confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when Cierra confirms it with you by text or call. The date and time you pick on the form are your preference, and the salon confirms the actual appointment time with you.
Prices and services
The services and prices on this site are the salon's listed menu. Some services are listed as a range or with a "+" because the exact price depends on the service and your hair; the exact price is set by the salon when your appointment is confirmed. The menu and prices on this site may be updated at any time.
House calls and referrals
House calls add $25 to the service price. Refer a friend and you get $10 off your next service, as listed on the Services page.
No accounts, no online payments
This site has no accounts or logins, and nothing is paid through this website. The Privacy Policy explains what the booking form collects and where it goes.
Site photos and text
The photos on this site show Cierra's real work. Please do not copy or reuse the site's photos or text without permission from That's So Cee.
Other sites
Links from this site to Instagram are handled under Instagram's own terms once you leave this site.
Changes to these terms
That's So Cee may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
